This aggregate financing provided construction and mezzanine loans for the development of a modern 32-story residential high-rise located in downtown Chicago just blocks from Millennium Park, The Art Institute, and hundreds of world-class cultural and retail destinations. The building contains 184 residential units ranging in size from 834 to 1,460 square feet with a 68-space parking garage below. Originally named “MoMo” to abbreviate “Modern Momentum”, the building underwent a name change in late 2005 when Chicago’s Joffrey Ballet Company purchased the third and fourth floors and the building was renamed Joffrey Tower. |
