This loan facility provided for the acquisition, development, and construction of a 41,300 square foot retail development located 16 miles southwest of downtown Indianapolis. The project is located within a 1,500-acre, mixed-use development known as Heartland Crossing. Shadow anchors to the development include Menards and Meijer and other retailers located nearby include McDonalds, Applebees, and Bob Evans restaurants, Citizens and First Third banks, and Starbucks.
