Geneva syndicated a construction loan for a 127 unit (144 beds) Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living facility in Fishers, Indiana. The developer is one of the strongest operators of nursing homes and retirement facilities in Indiana. The project is in phase one of three phases.
It took Geneva 10 months and 39 potential lenders in order finalize, close and fund the project, with two Indiana based banks.
Geneva worked closely with the developer and the banks in tailoring a financing structure that worked for all parties involved. The developer had the flexibility to meet their current and future needs and the lenders were able to meet their own and the regulator’s requirements. |
