Geneva provided financing to fund the construction of an award winning 16-story residential tower located in Chicago’s Near North community. Contemporaine is composed of 38 residences ranging in size from 515 to 2,856 square feet and contains 51 heated parking spaces. The building also houses 17,000 square feet of common area space for residents and 1,800 square feet of retail space. |
