Geneva provided Owner’s Representative / Special Servicing / Construction Management services for the Dry Branch Creek Condominiums project. This project includes 74 duplex and quad condominium units on 18-acres in Crawfordsville, Indiana. The condominiums are all brick two-bedroom, two-bath, two-car garage units of 1,200 SF to 1,800 SF.
Geneva was forced to take over the project due to the construction delays after the first duplex was constructed. Geneva built out the rest of the units along with all infrastructure while also managing the Homeowner’s Association. |
