Bob Williams began working at Geneva in early 2008. He has worked in and been a consultant to the commercial real estate industry since 1978. With Geneva, Bob is responsible for managing our loan portfolio including all aspects of loan structuring and administration. Bob is also a leader in our loan workout efforts. He has led the loan workout of a variety of real estate assets working with contractors, brokers, government authorities and others to successfully complete, market and dispose of each of the assets. Most recently he managed the year-long completion and disposition of one of Geneva’s high rise property loans. Bob spent nearly 20 years with Coopers & Lybrand, serving many of Chicago’s major real estate companies, and before joining Geneva was the Chief Financial Officer for a Chicago development and construction company that was a client of Geneva. His experience includes most all facets of the real estate industry. Mr. Williams is a certified public accountant in the state of Illinois, a member of the American Institute of Public Accountants and a member of the Illinois and Minnesota state CPA societies. He has a bachelor’s degree in Economics and Mathematics from Macalester College and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Chicago. |
