Mike Trehey has led Geneva’s marketing efforts in Wisconsin since 2004. Prior to joining Geneva, he served as a Vice President of commercial lending at two regional banks and for 13 years, was a top producer for a national commercial finance company. During his career, Mr. Trehey has sourced and underwrote over $2 billion of debt and has gained valuable experience in nearly all facets of commercial real estate finance, including loan origination, underwriting, debt/equity structuring, loan syndication, portfolio analysis, capital markets, debt resolution, loan workouts and loan sale advisory. He has been a featured speaker at the New York University Commercial Real Estate Investment Conference, the UCLA Hospitality Investment Conference and at various conferences and seminars affiliated with the American Resort Development Association (ARDA). Mr. Trehey has a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Wisconsin – LaCrosse.
