Gary Bollier joined Geneva in 1996 and currently serves as Senior Vice President of Corporate Development. During his 37 years of experience, he has continually served the commercial real estate industry in a variety of capacities. He has provided consulting services as a land planner, directed construction projects as a real estate developer, managed projects through the loan workout process, and directed credit write-ups and loan placement as part of our real estate financing services. Mr. Bollier also served as the Project Principal of a workout project which included designing, marketing, constructing, selling, managing and closing-out a 74-unit condominium project. Additionally, he is currently directing Geneva’s corporate marketing and business development efforts. In 1988, he moved from Indianapolis to the Chicago area to join Perkins+Will and later joined the firm of Johnson Johnson & Roy to serve as a Partner and the Director of the Chicago office. He has served as National President of CLARB, a national licensing organization; as Chairman of the Illinois Architect-Engineer Council; and as Chairman of the Building Committee of a $60M new church facility in DuPage County, IL. Mr. Bollier received his undergraduate degree from the College of Architecture and Planning, Ball State University and a Master of Business Administration degree from Indiana University. |
